Art Center Alumni (1994-1998) offering a private room in our home. Please note that this listing is preferably for female applicants. This is a room for rent in a large family home and you would be sharing a bathroom with another female student. The home is in the foothills of Tujunga on a quiet cul-de-sac street with plenty of non permit parking. No parking day restrictions. Shared kitchen with cabinets for your needs. We have a toaster oven, microwave, double oven and gas stove, water kettle. A mini fridge in your room is fine if you have one.

What's included with the room: HIGH Speed internet, large flat screen TV and cable, two loads of laundry a week. Washer and dryer are conveniently inside house. Kitchen use, air conditioned and heated home. The room has a ceiling fan, dresser, side table and lamp. Large storage and closet space with shelves. We do not offer any storage other than what is provided in the room. Smoke free home.
