I have a master bedroom and master bathroom in a 3200 sq/ft house for move-in October 1st. It's great for incoming students who are looking for long term. The house is enormous with two huge living rooms, one located in the back of the house, one in the front (which you get to decorate with one other person whom you share the front of the house with), great big kitchen with marble counters and lots of storage, terrace that over-looks the backyard and spiral staircase that goes down to the garage where the washer/dryer are located and an attached accessory apartment for one other person who lives there.
