I have one room opening up at the beginning of September for $1200.00. The rent price includes all utilities and WiFi. The room is a private room medium size big enough for queen size bed, dresser, desk, etc. The bedroom also includes a shared... bathroom with 1 other person. This room is extra special because it also includes a huge living room basically the entire back of the house belongs to you and one other person. It is for you and the other person to decorate and set-up as you please; make it into a living room! You will love the endless possibility's. The pictures included show you exactly what you will be getting the furniture may or may not be there anymore. The house is currently rented out to three other young professionals! They are all in their mid 20's to late 20's. The house is 3200 sq/ft with two huge living rooms, one located in the back of the house (which you will be getting) and one in the front, a great big huge kitchen with granite counter tops and lots of storage, dining room and terrace (which you will have full access too). Your room opens up to the terrace which over-looks the backyard. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an attached spiral staircase that takes you into an accessory apartment and garage where the washer/dryer are located. Parking is alongside of the house with huge backyard for laying out, enjoying the grass and lots of fruit trees for shade and yummy fruit, a BBQ pit and outside kitchen for small get-together.
