I have a room opening up at the beginning of October for $1200.00 The rent price includes all utilities and WiFi. The room is a private room medium size big enough for queen size bed, dresser, desk, etc. The bedroom also includes a full 1 person... private bathroom and closet space outside and inside room. The house is currently rented out to three other young students! They are all in their mid 20's to late 20's. The house is 3200 sq/ft with two huge living rooms, one located in the back of the house and one in the front, great huge big kitchen with granite counters and lots of storage, dining room and terrace over-looking the backyard. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an attached spiral staircase that takes you into an accessory apartment and garage where the washer/dryer are located. Parking is alongside of the house with huge backyard for laying out and lots of fruit trees for shade and yummy fruit, BBQ pit and outside kitchen for small get-togethers.
