Hey Art Center People!
This listing is for a 10x10' room with a small closet available starting Sept 1st in a creative household that has hosted dozens of photographers, creative directors, designers, and well rounded graduates of various majors over... the years.

Currently housemates: female grad-film alum and they/them graphics student. I’m an Entertainment design alum and live in a separate unit in the back.

I also host photo shoots and occasional music video shoots in the back yard and there’s quite often a shoot going on. I’ve hosted Vice, Vogue, V Mag, Free People, Peacock/Universal, hundreds of artists and editorials. The past month Interview Mag shot Role Model and Pacifico Beer shot a commercial back there. Photo students are welcome to use it for assignments if it doesn’t conflict with the booking schedule.

The house is about 8 minutes from both hillside and south campus, located right across from the Rose Bowl. A room just opened up and we're looking for a new piece to the creative mix here. We all understand the Art Center grind and would love to house another artistic mind.
