Our lovely apartment is located on a quiet street in Highland Park, on the border of Pasadena.
Situated near the intersection of Figueroa and York (the two main streets of Highland Park), you have easy access to one of the best neighborhoods in LA... .
The apartment is within 2 blocks of a park, cafe, and neighborhood shops. The restaurants, coffeeshops, boutiques, bars and music venues of York and Figueroa are a five minute drive, or 15-20 minute walk.
Situated on the second floor, the apartment features a cozy living room with a large sectional couch and television (equipped with Apple TV) and high-speed internet.
The kitchen is well-equipped and the dine-in kitchen is bright and functional.
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, with a walk-in closet. The bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. Guests have access to a private laundry room on the ground floor.
The apartment has a private entrance with a designated parking space. We live in the front house, but the apartment is in a separate structure. During the day, the downstairs space is used as an office/studio space.
