This is a room for rent in a large family home and you would be sharing a bathroom with another female student. The home is... in the foothills of Tujunga on a quiet cul-de-sac street with plenty of non permit parking. No parking day restrictions. Shared kitchen with some cabinets for your needs. We have a toaster oven, microwave, double oven and gas stove, water kettle and coffee Keurig. Eating area for your enjoyment. Mini fridge in your room is allowed.
What's included with the room: HIGH Speed internet, large flat screen TV and cable, two loads of laundry a week. Washer and dryer are conveniently inside house and nearby. Kitchen use, air conditioned and heated home. The room has a ceiling fan, dresser and side table and lamp. Large storage and closet space with shelves. We do not offer any storage other than what is provided in the room. Twin bed frame provided by request.
